He started his career as mechanic engineer, Chief Engineer and General Manager in Albania NN Railroad (Albania), for working later on as scientific researcher at the Academy of Sciences of Albania. His working experience at the Al Tijaria company in Kuwait gives him additional scores on business management and special knowledge of the Gulf area.
His experience in business management expanded during his time as CEO of Egnatia Corporation Ltd. - Malaysia / Australia. During 2016-2019 he held the position of Director for HSQE and General Services at TAJ HOLDING Company (in Saudi Arabia) and served as a consultant on areas like Corporate Governance, Quality Control and Assurance, Automated Quality Management Systems for AL ARABY television in London and the Saudi Air Force.
Mr. Konjari has represented Albania as Ambassador/Head of Mission in USA, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Baltic States and Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei.
His working experience includes also Strategic Planning on defense and security issues. Serving as Director of NATO Integration and Defence Policy at the Albanian Ministry of Defence, he was one of the advisers of the Minister of Defence. In his career, Mr. Konjari served also as the Ass. Diplomatic Adviser to the President of the Republic of Albania and Chief Adviser of the Minister of Tourism and Environment of Albania. In recognition of his work he has been awarded several medals from the President of the Republic of Albania, Ministry of Defence of Albani and International Organisations.
